Shipping policy

Orders ship Tuesday through Friday.

Orders will ship within eight (8) to ten (10) business days (excluding holidays, sick days and vacations) via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking numbers that will be emailed to you directly from Shopify.  

Mistakes occasionally can happen.  If you receive your order and it's missing an item(s) please let us know within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving your order.

Please message us with your name, order number, and email and tell us what is missing. You can contact us via email at help@inthepinque.com. We will ship the missing item(s) out immediately or can issue you a store credit.

Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM CST to 4:00PM CST "Excluding US Federal Holidays" and Vacations and Sick Days. Â
