REFUND POLICY

In the Pinque, LLC does not accept returns.  We do not issue refunds.  All shipments are insured by USPS/UPS/FedEx when you pay for shipping.  If you have a damaged package, USPS/UPS/FedEx requires a picture of the box/package and the damaged product, so please be sure to take a picture of your package before opening if any damage is visual.  To file a claim, please visit www.usps.com, www.ups.com, or www.fedex.com, and scroll to the bottom of their website to file a claim directly with them.  For any questions, concerns or issues, you can contact us at help@inthepinque.com.  


My package never arrived.

  • We use USPS, UPS, or FedExfor all of our shipping needs to provide you with the lowest possible shipping costs.  USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipments are insured through your purchase of shipping.  All shipments have tracking numbers which should be sent to the email on your account.  In the Pinque, LLC. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, or FedEx directly.  Please make sure you have a secure place for delivery.  Please file all of your claims directly with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Do You Accept Returns?

  • No.  We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if there is a mistake with your order. Contact at help@aliajoycrafts.com.

  • If you have purchased a tumbler, please remember that tumblers are hand made. I will do my very best to make sure your items are perfect, but there is bound to be something that is a bit off. It's just the nature of the craft.

My Product arrived Damaged?

Immediately take a photograph of the damaged packaging before opening.  Please contact USPS directly.  All packages are insured with USPS.  There is a place to file a claim on the bottom of the USPS website.
